Rohith Vijayan a CEO of a Seafood Trading Company by profession and a Mentalist by passion, is blessed with a sparkling sense of wit ,creativity and intellect. His spontaneous speaking style, acting talents and enhanced performance skills at work, is the result of continuous learning and constant updating. His two years stint in Australia for perusing a course leading to a Masters in International Business (MIB) has done him a world of good in understanding various aspects of the human mind at work.While studying for his MIB in Melbourne,Australia he was active as the postgraduate officer of the students’Union being the backbone and support for all the overseas students reaching his University for postgraduate studies.This gave him an insight into the constraints faced by these students and an opportunity for exploring the means to reconcile these constraints. This sparked in him an interest, to explore the human mind which inspired him to take up a course to be an NLP practitioner.
Rohith is now a certified NLP Practitioner whose focus is on training in mind reforms, planning strategies, non verbal communications and empowering leadership skills. Having trained and mentored numerous colleagues and professionals, Rohith has demonstrated able right and left brained skills. He ensures and backs up individual motivation as a driving force in achieving desired results. His forte is training professionals from diverse backgrounds.
Rohith as a person is highly motivated, loves reading,has travelled world over, enjoys acting dancing and music. He is successful as CEO,businessman and a model in numerous TV commercials and now he is also on his way to establish himself as Actor in movies. His desires bring forth dedication in his work, for he cannot remain on the plane of mediocrity and he must scale higher plateaus. His skills and his vast experience surely are his strengths in motivating individuals and organizations alike in measuring and scaling new heights.

Dr Ushy Mohan Das, Regional Head, ,IHRO(International Human Rights Organization) Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu and Kerala and Vice Chairperson of the Women’s Dental Council has been a Mentor to many students and faculty.
Dr Ushy is visiting faculty in almost 10 B-schools all over India training in HR.She has been a Teacher both to UG and PG for more than two decades.Having served in various Administrative capacities such as Dean, Professor, PhD Guide, Member on Advisory BIS, and UGC,(Govt. of India),she has also been a part of the task force of the ICMR(Indian Council for Medical Research).
Dr Ushy has been instrumental in the implementation of National Academic and Administrative Reforms.Responsible for scrutiny and inventing a method to accredit all Dental Colleges in India by virtue of being member on a National Committee appointed for the same by DCI to standardize the NAAC accreditation.A disciplinarian, yet flexible, stickler for rules and regulations, yet amenable to change, she has served as an Inspector and Faculty Trainer who modified existing systems with numerous Regulatory Bodies.
She has several National and International publications to her credit. She has contributed largely to three of the currently used resourceful textbooks in Pediatric Dentistry in the country besides being Editor in Chief of Pub Med Indexed Scientific Journals.For over 2 decades Dr Ushy has shared knowledge and administrative experience, both on a National and International platforms, with topics contributing to the sustained and progressive development of Education, Practice and Academics in the country.
Dr Ushy is Behavioral therapist, trained in Hypnosis ,NLP working with more than ten organizations dedicated to healing Abuse, Addictions, Neglect and Suicidal tendency.She is also a Motivational speaker and Communications Trainer of great repute all over Asia, her area of specialty here is Kaizen and Tsun zu and has worked with Geological Survey of India, ISRO, Doctors and Defense Personnel.
Dr Ushy has also been a Radio jockey and Voice over Artiste with Prasar Bharati and has been broadcasting head of an FM channel. She has also been one of India’s highest paid Voice over having worked for channels like BBC, Discovery and National Geographic.
Frequently referred to as, Dr. Tongue Fu, she forks out words in different contexts, and meanings. In other words she is a “Doctor of words” too!She Has made a couple of appearances on small and big screen having modeled for commercials and lent her voice (dubbing) on many occasions.She has launched a forum for social initiatives called “Face to Face India” and now more recently www.serveoursociety.com. It currently has more than 20,000 volunteers working all over India.
Honest and Empowered to communicate and enabled by experience as a career counselor, and Behavioral therapist, NLP practitioner and practicing Hypnotist.It’s constantly the willingness to learn, unlearn and relearn that makes her want to pursue her passion of simplification/reforms in systems for better implementation throughout Education Systems/Processes and people in the Country and on Planet Earth. Serious crusader against wrong practices and corruption in professional education through FACIDE. Avid Blogger and Columnist having written for many National Newspapers and magazines. Stand up Comedy, Sports. Music and Reading are her passions.
